We collect this fee and pay it directly to show management. The mailing lists are the property of Healthcare Design Conference + Expo and while our agreement allows us to use the mailing lists, they are never shared with exhibitors. Terms.

Step 2: Select Your Postcard Mailing Packages to All Attendees (1,400 minimum attendee contacts) *

• 4.25x6 First Class postage - $1,595.00
• 5.5"x8.5" First Class postage - $1,995.00
• 5.5"x11" First Class postage - $2,095.00

Includes data processing, printing, First Class postage and mailing. The mailing list is the official database of attendees for Healthcare Design Conference + Expo 2025 and have opted-in to receive communications. Initial records are actual attendees/registrants for the 2024 event. As attendees register for the 2025 event, they are integrated into the file. Minimum mailing quantity is shown to ensure your postcards are sent to the most up-to-date attendee list available.

• 4.25x6 have a designer create a design for my approval - $295.00
• 5.5x8.5 have a designer create a design for my approval - $395.00
• 5.5x11 have a designer create a design for my approval - $445.00

You are welcome to design your own postcard or we can design it for you. List rental terms require show management to approve your postcard design and message - we take care of those communications for you.
